Positive: I booked this property because of its vicinity to my relative's residence, whom i was visiting. Location wise, its convenient because there are a few restaurants and shops nearby. Public transport is not difficult to get either, because its not very close to any of the sights other than Powai Lake.
Negative: When we checked in, the regular caretaker whose contact we were given, was not around. The person who checked us in, on his behalf, spoke only Hindi. The bedrooms and living area and bathroom area were clean enough. They provide basic toiletries. But having said that, the kitchen was a while different story - messy and lots of cockroaches. Bins and fridge were full of food. The vessels and cutlery were dirty. The apartment is definitely in need of pest control. They couldinvest in new sheets as well which were clean but well worn.
Summary: It was functional and served our purpose. But the kitchen was a complete let down!
